Hi all,
The more detailed explanation is, the principle behind these dividers is counters, So any counter is OK, just decide depending on your frequency input.
the principle is if it is 4 bit counter with ffs Q3 Q2 Q1 Q0 then the outputs taken from Q1 is divide by two, similarly from Q2 is divide by 4
