Smart work can be defined as the work that will be undergo in a corporate office where your work and you have the recognization.
but hardwork is like the work which we works but the recognization or the result may unknown. that means may take an example of government offices where the recognization is given to the seniority itself only. it is not to criticze them but about the recognization given to their work Source: CoolInterview.com
