Well to be a successful team, everyone in the team should be clear about the roles. There shouldn't be any clash of roles.
If such a situation occurs, I would set up a meeting with my team/manager and clarify the roles and responsibilities. Unless one has the clarity of role, I don't think one can do best for the team. Source: CoolInterview.com
