The team work concept need to be understand and then only you understand how the targets of the company can be achieved , the solution of the problem should be based on the situation to situation and under the particular circumstances , so there need to be of co operation for finding the solution Source: CoolInterview.com

According to my view a person should always be polite ,do there work on time,try to understand others people point of view.

in my view for betterrepo with subordinate and collegues first understan them in all respect envolve them from first step to last work end and discuss each and every stps prose and cone with them and upgrade them after completion of each job. Source: CoolInterview.com

According to my point of view,each and every employees have to be a little self-respect and respect to others ofcourse.A good sense of humour is also necessary.Not only,One should think about others perspective and cooperation,confidence are the effective ways for making a organisational rapport.
