I feel that HR specialization deals with recruiting , interviewing, giving training to freshers. By that process one can help the organization with innovative minds. Source: CoolInterview.com

Right from the beginning of my PGDBM program/ , I was strict to choose Human Resource as my specialization. I wanted to get expertise into this field. Then i attended several workshops during the program. Then after going to these workshops, I came to realize the actual concept of Human Resource.
