Question: When a project can be released without testing. what the situations?

Answer: when a project can released without testing then situations depends on the bugs. if there is no bugs in project means there is low level bugs which have low severity and low parioty then the situation under control but other side if there is some high parioty and high severity bugs find that means the project is fail and the goodwill of that company has effected by these types of projects.

Developers have been done the projects only their point of view.if they give the project to the client or end user, it may or may not be fulfill the client or end user.but if tester tested the project,it fullfills the user needs more than a Developer.Tester is very important as equal as Developer.
