    "where" filters data before grouping
    "Having" filters data after grouping

    where is a clause used to filter rows based on condition
    we cannot be used aggregate function
    in where clause
    we can filter without group by clause

    having is a clause used to filter rows based on condition
    it support aggregate function
    we can filter the rows with group by clause
