There are different types of call center such as Inbound, outbound, sales, insurance, etc. In Inbound call center we recieve call and answer to people's queries. In Outbound call center we make call to people for queries , answers, sales and other businesses.

Call center is an organisation by which many body work like same which is in other field.
But in this there are two types-
1) Inbound
2) Outbound
1)We attend the calls of customers and solve the queries.

2)We make a call to sell any Product of the company.

Call center is a physical location where the calls are made and received for the satisfaction of the customer.
