If want to use the section of Motorola Phone Tools application called Melody Editor to create and transfer sounds.

Melody Editor allows you to download your favorite musical extracts in digital format or in sequential format, to use them as ringtones on your mobile phone, or attach them to your MMS messages, or to your videos.

The Information screen (located to the right of the window) displays information about the melody selected in the Melody Files browser and displayed in the Selection screen.
