We have to be more polite.Listen the customer very carefully so that we understand his/her queries.Apologize for any inconvenience caused to the customer from our company.Give them the correct resolution to solve their problem.We should assure that the customer is satisfied at the end of the call and that he/she is precious to the company.
1st : let the customer vent out their complains and problems. 2nd : you have to apologize for the inconvenience and emphasize with the customers problem. 3rd : you have to give them suggestions & recommendations for their complains and problems.
u can impress customer..by ur product.firstly how u present urself infrnt of customers is imp..in the sense of ur polite n humble speech,communication skill.n explain product's benefits compare to other company's product in a clean manner .. u hv to convince the customer tat ur product is best n worth to buy..its all depends on how u r interracting with ppl..sweet speaking capacity at any stage is essential..:-)

First listen carefully what customer require or about his/her problem. & Then give a proper solution to customer as early as possible. You should put yourself in there situation so that you know how they feel especially if they are irate. We have to be more polite. Make them satisfied, make sure you helped them with all your best.
First the employee should listen to the customer properly & curiously. while holding them to wait when processing thier query we should utter a pasionate excuse for making them wait.. & we should satisfy thier need.
