Pick applet will display all the records from a BC. from which 1 can be selected.

MVG assigns one or more values to a field in a record.Only the primary value will be displayed in a list or form.

MVG Applet specifically denotes 1:M relationship. In this applet we can associate multiple records of the child BC to a single parent BC record.
PickApplet specifically denotes M:1 relationship. In this Applet we can associate only one record of the child BC to the parent BC.
