The interviwer is alredy with your CV so tell him any thing out of the Cv like your Softskills.This question is basically asked to judge the confidence level and communication of the candidate.

normally the person always start with his name but its not the good way to start. you have to just say your education qualification, your institute name and your strength.

NO NEED TO TELL UR NAME, IT IS ALREADY MENTIONED IN UR CV.
JUST START WITH UR EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION,LIKE WHERE U STUDIED,WHICH YEAR U HAVE PASSED UR DEGREE.THEN SOME ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONAL(IF ANY)
