A physical drive is drive tha you can physically see in the computer system itself. That is the gadget itself. Logic drive is inside the physical drive and this is the portion of the drive that stores data the user is using. To configure it you must update it on the BIOS.

Physical Drives are visible( cd drive,FDD,USB Drive but Logical Drive are not Because they are inside the cabinet of the CPU

This may not be correct always. You can have physical partition also. Logical drive is a virtualization concept where one or more physical partitions or disks combined to form a volume group and then if a partition is created on the volume group, then we call it it as logical drive. This is better understood when working with UNIX based operating systems
