Answers:

bus still can run with th top speed of 100kmph,since speed decreases with increase in no. of persons,not with decrease of passengers,so it can go upto 100kmph.

Ans:- 100KM/HR Even three persons or <=6 persons travelled because its the top speed for that bus.

Its mentioned that speed decreases proportionally with increase of number of passengers. So, the two are inversely proportional to each other.

Speed No. of passengers
----- -----------------
100 km/h 6
x 3

inversely proportional => multiply directly

3x = 6 * 100

x = 600 / 3

x = 200 Km/h

Therefore, speed of the bus when three people are travelling = 200Km/h

The maximum speed is 100 KMP so it will not increase even if there are 3 person.

Top seated-100 km/hr with six person
so with one person speed of bus=100/6
so with 3 person it will be=(100/6)*3.
ie.50 km/hr

Bus speed for 6 person =100km/hr

Then for 3 person means = 100/6*3

so more or less =150 km/hr speed.

The givens state the top speed of the bus is 100 KM/H, and it has max capacity of 6, but does not say 100 KM/H with 6 persons. So, it might be safe to assume that the 100 is with one person, the driver.

Therefore, if it can travel 100 KM/H with one person, then with 3 persons, perhaps 33 1/3 KH/H would be the speed of this bus which defies all engineering principles.

person decrease speed 100/6 =16.666

if 3 person travel mince decrease speed =16.666*3=50Km/Hr

so Bus speed traved with- 100-50= 50Km/Hr

So answer is 50Km/Hr

hello my dear people

bus travels with a max of 100 kmph, he asserted that speed decreases with increase of persons.

when the bus can reach its max (100 kmph) with 6 persons, then it'll reach its max with 3 persons also i.e 6 or less than 6 the bus can attain its max, and why the hell do u go for those calculations, use ur brains instead

The legendary king Midas possessed a huge amount of gold. He hid this treasure carefully: in a building consisting of a number of rooms. In each room there were a number of boxes; this number was equal to the number of rooms in the building. Each box contained a number of golden coins that equaled the number of boxes per room. When the king died, one box was given to the royal barber. The remainder of the coins had to be divided fairly between his six sons. Is a fair division possible in all situations?

Three salesmen went into a hotel to rent a room. The manager stated that he had only one room left, but all three could use it for $30.00 for the night. The three salesmen gave him $10.00 each and went up to their room. Later, the manager decided that he had charged the salesmen too much so he called the bellhop over, gave him five one-dollar bills, and said: 'Take this $5.00 up to the salesmen and tell them I had charged them too much for the room'. On the way up, the bellhop knew that he could not divide the five one-dollar bills equally so he put two of the one-dollar bills in his pocket and returned one one-dollar bill to each of the salesmen. This means that each salesman paid $9.00 for the room. The bellhop kept $2.00. Three times nine is 27 plus two is 29....... What happened to the extra dollar?
